William Ewart Properties completes refinancing of German Property Portfolio with Anglo Irish Bank

Ewart acquires £410m of property in Scotland and Germany

Northern Ireland based William Ewart Properties Ltd has announced the purchase of a major property portfolio in Germany, it was revealed today. The purchase of the German property company came in the same week as Ewart completed the purchase of one of the UK’s major shopping complexes, the Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh. Ewart paid €193m for the German portfolio and £270m for the Gyle.

Ewart makes £120m GB investment purchase

Northern Ireland property company, William Ewart properties has made a major addition to its expanding British investment portfolio following the acquisition of a 200,000 sq ft shopping and leisure centre located above the Fulham/Broadway tube station in London, it has emerged today. The acquisition price was just below £120m and Belfast agents Osborne King represented Ewart in the deal.
